Look: It's no secret that I think the Mixels line from LEGO is some of the best bang-for-your-buck out there in the construction toy aisle. Between the poseability and range of motion on the joints and the general variety in aesthetics that the line contains, Mixels has something for everyone.

Coming from the second wave of the Mixels series, Tentro might look a bit familiar to anyone who collected Wave 1 or read a certain early entry on this site, and for good reason: Tentro shares a lot of design elements with Zapdor, including a lot of the build design.

Who you callin' a pinhead?

But he's not merely a copy and paste job. That'd be lazy. Rather than the super poseable legs of Zapdor, Tentro here has four decently ranged tentacles, and a fully functioning waist swivel thanks to some simple, yet effective design work.

Squid Zapdor here is another solid entry into the Mixels line, and I'm really excited to try out whatever is coming this year from the series. Apparently there's space dudes?
